We ship to the UK, EU, and selected international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at help@dagostino-roma.com to inquire about shipping options.
1.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- UK Express Shipping: £11.95
- UK Standard Shipping: £6.95
- EU Standard Shipping: £14.95
- International Shipping: £14.95
1.3 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
1.4 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that shipping estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
- UK/EU: Up to 21 days (items made to order)
- International: Up to 28 days (items made to order)

2. Returns Policy

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return in the EU, US, or International: Contact us at help@dagostino-roma.com for return instructions.
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
- UK and EU customers: Free return shipping for faulty items or incorrect orders.
- International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
2.4 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2.5 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at help@dagostino-roma.com. Once your return is received, we will dispatch the exchange within 3-5 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
